I have been working at IL&FS technologies full-time (More than 5 years)
Meeting a lot of executive personalities " Client" that in later time they become your mentor and friend.
Youll meet a lot of friend nationwide.
Salary for new employee is high with the same work being done by current employee.
The standard quality of performance are not based on work done and dedication ( KPI) for the company vision but based on your superior standard personal point of view.
Currently, lack of manpower and all employees are working double time/ extended hour, multi tasking and activities not in their job description or role.
Advice to Management
Change, do not intimidate your employees.The management shall be re-organized and shall define the role of each individual employee to create ownership and focus. It is on going now but hope this can be done soonest posdible.
Organized sytem is a key of all success.
I applied through a staffing agency. I interviewed at IL&FS technologies in August 2016.
The process took more than 5 hours, teo technical rounds. 1st one was almost of an hour and second was of 20-30min.
On clearing the interview and making me sit for almost 5-6 hours, they had problem with salary expectations, they were not even offerning the amount which was near to what was asked. I mean why do they need to even short list a profile if they can't fulfil it later.
