    Pros

Good onboarding process to ease the transition, good support in center, and nice continuing education. Friendly coworkers, at least at my center.

    Cons

Some decisions from upper management didn't make sense, such as the decision to remove two classrooms at my center to create new offices for the math and SAT programs. Nobody ever used either of those offices. TAs generally weren't treated well (i.e. paid well) by the company despite the amount of work they put in both outside and inside the classroom.

Online. Very formal. All answers should be pre-prepared and have to go through demo plan. I would suggest spending an hour before this interview going over your answers and thinking about anything you could be asked.

Happy Vietnamese Teachers' Day 2022 from the Department of Teaching & Learning! In Vietnam, Teachers' Day falls on the 20th of November. This day allows students to show their respect and gratitude to their teachers. Since teaching is a noble profession, Vietnamese Teachers' Day is a big day not only for teachers but also for all society. In Vietnamese culture, there is a saying “Một chữ cũng là thầy, nửa chữ cũng là thầy”. This literally means if someone teaches you even half a word, you have to see them as your teacher. It shows how important teachers are and how much we need to appreciate them. Not just students at school, but all people send wishes to their old teachers on this day to show their respect to the people who gave them knowledge and many lessons for their future.
