    I worked at ILD Telecommunications part-time (Less than a year)


    great pay for little amount of work done. Paid training is a plus which consists of two weeks.


    Cons, Manager was mean. like mean as in he didn't know protocol for certain companies and he would yell at you to do it a certain way in front of all of your coworkers. He was almost always wrong because he wasn't even trained in a certain company we were working for.

    Advice to Management

    let go of that manager. he does illegal things.

    one-on-one interviw, Test, Application. First you put in the Application, then you take a spelling and typeing test to check your skills, then you have a face to face interview with one of the managers
