I have been working at IMG, Inc. as an intern (Less than a year)
I would highly recommend interning with IMGPrep for a summer because it gives you experience in fast-paced research and front-end database management. You work from home, so there aren't any strenuous requirements to be made of you aside from what's on your computer screen
The only con is that by working from home, you don't get to meet your co-workers or your employer. Communication is done primarily through email and phone call, and even during Google Hangouts chats, your employer does not reveal his or her identity, which is admittedly a bit off-putting.
Advice to Management
I would recommend that the managers be more open to comminication, and provide more variety in terms of responsibility to their interns.
Met with four people; Analyst, Vice President, Manager and Managing Director. Over the duration of our meetings, we discussed sports, previous experiences, industry opinions, market trends and my perspective future of the business. The meetings were rather informal and really affirmed my appreciation of the company.
