    Pros

Communication, Being able to take part in upper management activities, You See the results of your effort, Relaxed atmosphere (Except for football games, which are fun).

    Cons

There are a lot of "slow" moments where everything that needs to be done is done. If you don't stay busy, you'll get bored.

    Advice to Management

Create a better communication system for game day scripts, the overload of information can be annoying when searching for a promotion related to IMG.

    Application

I applied online. The process took 8 weeks. I interviewed at IMG Worldwide (New York, NY) in January 2012.

    Interview

The interview process was relatively simple. First, I had a screening interview with HR. a couple weeks following, I was called back to meet with the hiring manager(s). About 3 weeks after that, I was called in to meet with one final person in the group I was applying for. Overall, the process took about 7-8 weeks.

    Negotiation

There was no negotiation. It was a fair offer.
