    Application

I applied online. The process took 4+ weeks. I interviewed at IMGE (Alexandria, VA).

    Interview

I applied online and heard back after about a week. I don’t live in the area so I had a phone interview with a person from the team the position works with and an HR person. It was a really enjoyable interview, at times feeling more like a conversation than the standard interview. I was asked to send in a mock-up call to action email which I did the following week because it was a holiday. After that, I just never heard back which was unfortunate. I wish they had been a little more forthcoming about my application status but it wasn’t a totally negative experience.
