Advice to Management
begin to look for a new assignment for contractors a little sooner before the end of a contract assignment
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at INT Technologies (Minneapolis, MN) in July 2016.
Recruiter pre-interviewed me, went over my resume with me, and went through my skill set, had me send outline why company should bring me on. Recruiter after prepping me, and if he thought I interviewed well, then he would engaged me with the Accounts Manager that work with client directly and then accounts manager brief me on job description and I agreed with all details. Recruiter got the ok to submit me, I was short listed and interviewed in same week. I provided my internal referrals and they did background check.
