I have been working at INTO full-time (More than 3 years)
Fair salary, flexible hours, good benefits, and a friendly and inviting atmosphere with friendly coworkers.
Lots of rules that a constantly changing makes it difficult to complete tasks at times, under-performance is never really addressed or dealt with in anyway. It can also be difficult to advance at INTO Mason as there aren't a lot of places for you to go up.
I applied in-person. I interviewed at INTO.
You have to apply then they will shortlist some candidates and after that they will call you for onsite interview or if you are can not come onsite, they will arrange Skype interview.
