OUR COMPENSATION PHILOSOPHY

We pay people not positions.

We practice a pay-for-performance approach to compensation. Your total compensation is based on your total contribution to the successful results of the company. We do not utilize pay scales or pay grades that are typically based on years of service and job title to determine the value of your contributions. Our approach to compensation allows us the flexibility to differentiate and reward our top contributors based on their results.

    Application

    I applied online. The process took 3+ weeks. I interviewed at INVISTA (Victoria, TX) in June 2017.

    Interview

    Applied online and got a call from HR about a week later. Did a standard phone interview which lasted about 15 minutes. Then another week later I had a phone call with the hiring lab manager which also lasted about 20 minutes. They then scheduled me for an on sight interview immediately afterwards. The interview lasted about 3 hours and I spoke with about 6 people. It was a little intimidating but they asked the same questions which were all behavior based. They focus a lot on Market Based Managing. Overall they were very polite and professional. The only issue I had with was that it took over 3 weeks for them to contact me and to tell me their decision.
