I applied online. The process took 4+ weeks. I interviewed at IO (Phoenix, AZ) in October 2015.
Took a month from start to end of employment process. It started with with call 1, HR, Personality test. Then an interview with the TACC Management. After that, a follow-call from the Director above TACC Management. The only thing that took long was the drug testing and of course the background check, which was conducted by Insperity.
