I applied through college or university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at IPG Mediabrands (Syracuse, NY) in April 2016.
I applied through my campus database and had an on-campus interview. The interviewer was very laid back, almost too laid back. The interview was a bit odd. Didn't ask any of the typical questions and they also seemed to not have any openings, which was odd.

This summer, we partnered with Futures and Options to welcome our inaugural class of the "Future Academy," consisting of 21 NYC students in the 11th and 12th grade and recent graduates.
Simon Fenwick, EVP, Global Talent & Inclusion, in a "HS Visionaries" panel during the 2017 Youth Career Development Summit explained the impetus for this program: "It's important for us to realize there is so much great talent out there that may never have the chance for a college degree."
