    Small company atmosphere where everybody is knowing everybody and good work ethics

    Advice to Management

    Try to enhance the productivity of the employees by using state of art technology . All employees must be encouraged to enhance their efficiencies by utilizing more and more simulations instead of using the old cut and try methods .

    I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at ISCO International (Chicago, IL) in December 2015.

    Interview

    The ISCO international LLC is headquartered in Schaumburg, IL. My recruiter helped me to setup a phone screen. It took around 1 week to back from the ISCO. Phone screen went around 1 hour. It was one to one discussion. The software team manager introduced their product and described the responsibility about the new position, asked your experience. and then two technical questions .
