I have been working at ISL Recruitment full-time (More than a year)
Coming straight from University into the working world was always going to be a learning curve and a risk. From the start, ISL presented what a opportunity with them would look like transparently and honestly, and they have backed themselves up on it all over the last year.
Lots of incentives to keep the hardwork in context, the rest of the office and team are now all considered friends of mine and we all have a platform and opportunity to be successful!
Input from all levels of staff taken on board and acted on to help push the company forwards
Need to keep an eye out for individual problems early on
Advice to Management
Office dog would be ideal!
I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at ISL Recruitment (Bristol, England (UK)) in December 2016.
The interview process is very quick, informative, and a little informal which allows you to get comfortable and be honest with the interviewers. They move very quickly and are completely honest the whole way through. ISL let me know what they though my own pros and cons maybe allowing me to improve as soon as I got in the the business.
