I worked at ISS A/S full-time (More than 8 years)
To be honest not much, but as a contractor to a well known company, it made my job much more bearable
Staff come and go, training the new ones up because managers or supervisor can't be asked , to much training not needed all the time, think it makes the manager look good
Advice to Management
Having been made redundant in December 2014, the company showed no interest in helping me find work within the company, redundancy period a joke, no meeting due to lack of management , finally received my letter 5 days before my last working day, terrible company to work for ,
I applied online. The process took a week. I interviewed at ISS A/S (Sydney (Australia)) in April 2012.
Quickly called after I applied. Great interview unfortunately with a staff member who actually knew what they were doing as has now left. Easy general interview. 1 on 1 interview with very little intimidation. Took place in a small office within the complex. Easy to find. They will call you within a day or two to let you know if you got it
