*Executive leadership does not address issues at hand, rather they brush things off or usually don't even respond at all. HR is unable and incapable to address issues/complaints with leadershipAdvice to Management
beer o'clocks and organic snacks doesn't make the culture but "people" do. You need to bring professional investors/advisers with actual Software business experience! and stop bulling your staffDiversity & Inclusion at IT Glue
