Please come up with better Employee Benefit Policy (Compensation & Benefits) which will also play key role in growth & strength of the company.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at IT Resonance Inc in February 2008.
This is a consulting company offering high end IT consulting services to large enterprises. They want thier consultants to have a high degree of communication skills, experience in various industries ( consulting or otherwise ) and strong domain and technical expertiese. The interview process consists of a screening interview where the communication skills, general presentation and knowledge are assessed followed by a peer/superior interview where the technical and domain expertiese are gauged. Based on these two sets of interviews an offer is made.
The company has a fixed and a variable component to thier offer. The variable component is based on the billing that the consultant is able to bring in. There is an option to tweak the package so that you can increase your variable component in the package and decrese the fixed component or vice versa
