I have to say, the district manager treat us very well. And always treat us dinner after events. But they only offer full-time for store managers.
For sales representative, there are lots of pressure. Managers pushed you to sell, to get their goal every month. And they pay less wage, but good commission if you can sell very well. I have to say this is a good step for someone wants to get ok pay, and speak a little English.
