    Pros

great people, easy to learn the ropes. almost everyone working there is in their 20s which makes it feel like youre going back to college (i liked that, others may not). if you have a positive impact and enjoy media buying, you can move up quickly. Overall had a positive experience, great place to start after college if you arent sure what you want

    Cons

like everyone says, VERY gossipy and lots of social conversations throughout the day. There is a double standard when it comes to upper mgmt. IT dept is AWFUL, the system will break down once a week which means youll either fall behind or have to stay late. Also very high turnover rate.

    Advice to Management

work on deminishing sorority atmosphere, often makes others feel left out. gossip is rampant

    Application

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at ITN Networks (New York, NY) in November 2016.

    Interview

There were several job openings and I wanted to know which might fit me as it seemed like a good opportunity for growth. The meeting was with the the EVP of the new department who seemed like a genuine down to earth guy. It was apparent however that the new EVP was unsure what he was looking for; which made me uneasy. There was no mention of compensation and a lot of false promises after I was offered a customized job for me utilizing skills I learned as a professional and as one who has done much professional writing.
