    Pros

Good work/life balance and their benefit is quite good

    Cons

There is no clear assessment/review process of your work. Not so much chance for a promotion for local staff.

    Application

I applied through other source. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at ITOCHU International (New York, NY) in October 2016.

    Interview

I got a phone call from an HR Generalist after about an hour after applying through indeed. Scheduled an interview with the Sr. Dir. of HR. Interview lasted 30 min. and they don't give you any more time than that. Interviewer discussed about ITOCHU, and their different retails, turnover rates and responsibilities of the position.
