Great products and service, focused growth/targets and has great employee benefits. There are many employees who have been with the company for years and are extremely helpful and valuable to the organization and customers.
Communication between departments could use support from upper management.
No marketing support available.
Internally divided between segments, although seems to be reducing this divide.
Advice to Management
Training on basic customer service skills, sales skills, tech sales skills, and products should be of higher value to management. Continued education and training would be helpful to all employees.
Recognition opportunities for all departments to increase positive synergies. Get all employees involved with an awards program.
