The mission of the ITW Women’s Network (IWN) is to maintain an inclusive workplace environment and attract, develop and retain quality female talent and leaders, in accordance with our enterprise strategy. Competitive salaries and benefits with flexibility in daily work schedule. Great people on the shop floor. Middle management does their best to keep the fires burning in the production team despite facing an uphill battle against upper management. Always challenging which is perfect for me
Consistently battling streamlining processes for efficiency. Always a challenge using equipment leftover from the industrial revolution when there a 10 generations newer tools available today. Upper management refuses to spend money to improve production and generate revenue.
Advice to Management
Invest in your company and personnel for the long haul. Retention is based on taking care of your employees. You’re soon going to fall behind to competition if you don’t join this century
