ITW WOMEN’S NETWORK
The mission of the ITW Women’s Network (IWN) is to maintain an inclusive workplace environment and attract, develop and retain quality female talent and leaders, in accordance with our enterprise strategy. Overseen by our Women’s Leadership Development Council, IWN is open to all businesses, functions and levels. Regional chapters globally host networking events, leadership development and skill-building seminars, and local outreach events.

Our Young Professionals Network (YPN) is dedicated to building a community made up of our early-career talent. Since launching in 2014, membership has doubled, with regional chapters across Europe and in Boston, Philadelphia, Appleton (Wisconsin) and Troy (Ohio) growing. I applied through college or university. I interviewed at ITW (Bloomington, IN).
I interviewed for the internal audit internship in Chicago. The night before the interview, I attended an audit event they held at a local restaurant. The interview was conducted the next day in my schools career services center.
