    Pros

Company culture and atmosphere are awesome. Plenty of friendly and easy-to-work-with people. The founders are fun people who set a great tone from the top. It is a flat organization and no one is unapproachable. Like plenty of tech companies, you can dress casually and you are treated like an adult without being micromanaged. No one cares when you come and go as long as the work gets done.

    Cons

Limited number of manager and executive positions. The company was recently purchased by Selectica Inc which has given way to many unfortunate changes. The new company is way too top heavy and the departments do not work well together as they did prior to the merger.

    Advice to Management

Cut down on the number of VP's and executives. There also needs to be greater emphasis on department synchronization. As it stands, too many people have the attitude that only getting there job done matters, when in reality, most jobs require help and information from other departments.

    Application

I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Iasta (Carmel, IN) in June 2013.

    Interview

Fairly straightforward. They want to make sure you have necessary skills and competence to complete job. They also want you to be a normal and easy person to work with which is probably the biggest thing they look for personality wise.
