Samir Bodas

Chairman

Co-Founder & Chief Executive Officer

Samir began his career as a software engineer at National Instruments, followed by several years in management roles at Microsoft Corporation after his MBA. He was appointed CEO of Disha Technologies in 2003, where he grew the business five-fold and managed its acquisition by Aztecsoft in 2005. In early 2007, he was appointed CEO of Aztecsoft and successfully guided the company to become the fastest-growing publicly traded mid-cap IT services company. In 2009, he helped finalize Aztecsoft’s acquisition by MindTree.

Samir received his MBA from the Wharton School of Business and a BA in Computer Science from the University of Texas at Austin.

Samir is a golf addict to the annoyance of his family. When not playing golf, he reads books about golf. And when not reading about golf, he contributes to the local community as a Board Member of the Seattle Chapter of The Indus Entrepreneurs (TiE) and as a trustee of the Lakeside School.

 

Monish Darda

Director

Co-Founder & Chief Technology Officer

Monish has more than 20 years of experience in application and systems software development and the architecting of enterprise distributed systems. He co-founded Websym Technologies in 1998. He also set up and headed the India R&D operation of Storability, an enterprise storage management startup from Boston. Storability was eventually acquired by Sun Microsystems, after which Monish founded and led the India R&D of BladeLogic, helping build a highly scalable enterprise platform for server management in the data center. BladeLogic was acquired by BMC Software after a successful IPO, and Monish contributed to BMC’s cloud management vision, laying the foundation for some of the early pioneering work on cloud resource management and provisioning. He is also the co-inventor of two patents in this area.

Monish has a BE in Mechanical Engineering and a Master’s degree from Florida Atlantic University, Boca Raton, Florida.

In his spare time, Monish is a self-proclaimed ““gadget freak” and “gamer.” He loves his Xbox Kinect and PS3 Move systems (he just outgrew the Wii a few months ago) and often claims that video games keep him fit! His other interests are Formula 1 and reading. He is a sci-fi aficionado and loves Isaac Asimov.

 

Anand Veerkar

Chief Sales Officer

Anand brings with him over 25 years of global sales experience. He spent his early professional career at Tata Unisys and then with Digital Equipment India. He moved to the U.S. in 1999 and worked for Atos Origin running sales for their central region in the U.S. After returning to India, Anand was President of APAC for Triple Point. He was instrumental in leading the significant growth of Triple Point in the APAC region and development center in Pune, India.

His last role before joining Icertis was Vice President of Sales for Europe and APAC for KPIT Cummins. In addition to getting sales in the regions, he was also responsible for driving revenue of the Enterprise Consulting group of KPIT Cummins across the globe. During his tenure he doubled the revenue for the enterprise consulting group for KPIT.

Anand is a graduate in Electronics from Nagpur University. In his spare time, he is an avid motorcyclist and you will find him riding his 1948 rebuilt Bullet on weekend mornings. He says, “When I am on my bike, I am 18 again.”

 

Brooke Hue

Chief People Officer

As Chief People Officer, Brooke Hue is on a mission to unleash organizational energy and talent to exceed our own growth potential.

Brooke joined Icertis in May of 2018 as the Senior Director of Human Resources lead global initiatives around benefits, HCM, recognition and Talent Acquisition. Prior to joining Icertis she was lead the Strategic HR Business partner function for the Care Delivery organization at Group Health and was later the interim VP of Human Resources during their final transition to Kaiser Permanente Health Plan of Washington.  Her prior experience has included both public and private companies in the software and medical device industries.

Brooke holds a BA in International Business from Washington State University and spent 6 months studying abroad in Costa Rica.

In her free time Brooke enjoys spending time with family and friends, always up for weekend getaways to Washington wine country and spending time outdoors hiking, snowshoeing, backpacking, river rafting, playing kickball and enjoys curling up on the couch with a science fiction book or movie.  She uses every bit of her free time to learn new things –  podcasts are a part of her daily morning ritual, applying make-up and commuting has never been so informative.

 

Neal Singh

Chief Operating Office

As COO at Icertis, Neal leads Product Management, Engineering, Professional Services, Customer Success, IT and Cloud Services.

Neal has invested more than 25 years in enterprise software and leadership roles. Prior to joining Icertis, he served as the President and CEO for Caradigm, a GE Healthcare company that was formed via a joint venture between Microsoft and GE. A member of Caradigm’s executive leadership team since its inception, he helped create their SaaS product offerings in Enterprise Population Health Management, Analytics and Identity Access Management. Prior to Caradigm, Neal was at Microsoft for over a decade, and as a member of the Business Leadership Team helped build the Microsoft Dynamics Enterprise ERP product portfolio. In his role as a Partner General Manager of Global Development, he led a global group overseeing business strategy and the product team for multiple ERP solutions. Throughout his career, Neal has held multiple executive leadership roles and is recognized as a thought leader in enterprise solutions and technology.

Neal has a PDEE in Electrical Engineering, a Master of Business Administration from Phillips University and executive education from Harvard University.

Neal is an avid reader. He enjoys international travel, and loves exploring diverse countries and culture with his wife and two children. Neal is passionate about, education, community causes  and making a positive impact on the youth. He has been actively involved at Seattle Children’s Hospital (via a nonprofit, Kare4Kids Guild, that his family founded in 2012), Boston University Parent Leadership Council, local community meals and other charitable organizations.

    Enjoying Icertis. Learning a lot, working a lot, having fun a lot, and getting very well paid for it!! We are the leaders on the way to becoming the champions of the CLM world .....

    Advice to Management

    Thank you for the opportunity. Please don't get distracted by some of the negative GD reviews. Like in any big family there will be bad apples who will complain and not be happy whatever they get, and down their peers (friends?), managers, and company.
    Like you are doing, please keep on investing in us to grow and learn.

    Application

    I applied through an employee referral. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Icertis (Chicago, IL) in September 2019.

    Interview

    The thing that was a good sign to me was that the interview process was very well organized, planned, and they did what they said they would do. After initial call, told me next step was to talk to hiring manager in 3 days, and that got scheduled and happened. Was told next step after that was to interview with 2 other people in my position in the next 2 days, and I heard from both of those people in the next two days. After that was to have in-person interview the next week; that got booked, flew me in, and happened as they said. Final step was to talk to CSO, and again, happened as scheduled. Whole process was very buttoned up.
