Keep doing what you're doing. This is a very solid company.
I applied online. I interviewed at Icon Media Direct.
Phone interview w/ hiring manager. Read a previous review on glassdoor saying that this company monitors employees' emails. When asked about that to the hiring manager, I can confirm that they do monitor. Hiring manager got very defensive after asking this question, and proceeded to lecture me about how every company monitors employees' emails and that this was a normal thing. Lost interest on the company immediately. I wish I could get my 30 minutes back. Overall, just a weird, weird experience. Very unfortunate, and feel sorry for the CEO for having him as the SVP.
