The travel between the US, Asia and Europe was great - the organization really picks interesting clients who've interesting business models. The senior team was always smart at how to invest time into some of the less-experienced team members and curating their growth.
Overall, a really pleasant workplace that I was sad to have to leave.

Create more collaboration between the strategy & analysis team with the engineering / implementation teams
I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Icreon in September 2016.
I submitted my CV and cover letter and was contacted by the office manager to schedule a 15-minute phone interview with the COO. It turns out the job was much more sales focused than the vacancy made it sound. We terminated the call early, as I was not seeking this sort of role.
