I have been working at Idaho State University full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

A continual opportunity exists to learn new skills and improve one's education. There is ample opportunities to progress professionally at ISU. Excellent benefits.

    Cons

Growing pains are evident as the university moves to opening a college of medicine, but that is a very positive growth pain.

    Application

I applied online. The process took 4+ weeks. I interviewed at Idaho State University (Pocatello, ID) in February 2016.

    Interview

The hiring process took about 2 weeks, the interview was scheduled with only 2 days of anticipation.
The interview was alright. 10 questions that were asked to every candidate, plus extra questions based on your resume and previous answers. Overall, the director who was interviewing me was kind and I felt pretty comfortable during the interview.
