Skills assessment: Some companies may require candidates to complete an assessment or test to evaluate their technical or job-specific skills. Second-round interview: This may involve meeting with multiple people, including team members and higher-level managers, to assess the candidate's fit with the team and their potential for growth within the company. Background check: After the interviews, the company may conduct a background check, which can include verifying employment history, education, and criminal record.
