Technical Account Manager

Being a woman in tech, I only recently started advocating for myself at work about advancement opportunities. Because of this I wanted to ask this question to my male counterparts. When you have 1:1's with your direct reports and talk about career growth / aspirations what is your managers’ response typically? I’d like to gauge how my experience (negative) differs from others. For instance are you met with blockades, enthusiasm, dread, etc?

    I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at IgniteTech (India)


    Absolute waste of time.
    I had applied for the Senior Account Manager on the 26th of October 2021.
    I cleared all the assessments with 90%+ scores in all
    CCAT i had a 99 percentile 6 star rating
    Spoken English was C+ level with full 4 star rating
    Learning a new product i scored a perfect score of 7/7 and still I got a mail today stating that my application has been rejected.
    Within 2 days with a near perfect score in all assessments.
    I DO NOT recommend applying to this company to anyone ever. This is just sheer waste of time.

    That was no personal contact even. No one from either crossover nor ignitetech did as much as send a mail let alone a phone call or video
