I worked at Il Mulino full-time (More than 5 years)
always learning new ways on how a restaurant should not be ran
claim to be authentic and fresh food but the fact is that they use mostly frozen products instead of fresh. Product was never made in house but more processed through some third party company. Company has lost standards to the way a restaurant should be ran and to the quality of final product to customers from the days of when the restaurant first opened their doors. Poor corporate management support to restaurant management.
Advice to Management
I applied in-person. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Il Mulino.
I saw the position in the news paper, called planned a interview, they called me 3 weeks later to meet in person, the interview was very easy they did not ask that many questions, just where did I work before, how I was interacting with guests, and from then I was hired.
