I worked at Illinois State full-time

    Pros

Great school with all the necessary courses and material. It had the smaller university feel with an incredible staff of professors.

    Cons

There is not enough cooperation between departments.

    Application

I applied online. The process took 4+ weeks. I interviewed at Illinois State (Normal, IL).

    Interview

Interview process was more of a discussion then a physical test to see if I could do basic things of the job. Very hands on. The group panel consisted of the manager, team, and another person who would be someone that you would support.
