I worked at ImageTrend full-time (More than 3 years)
Imagetrend is a great stepping stone for software developers straight out of college. Depending on what team you're on, you're able to learn a lot pretty quickly and play with some cool technologies. Good culture with a number of younger people around you.
Management leaves a lot to be desired, particularly with the CEO Mike. He publicly berates employees just because he's upset. On top of that, the pay is substandard. There are also a number of developers that can't pull their own weight but are not reprimanded for it, so they just keep getting their free paycheck.
Advice to Management
Find a way to show your employees that they're valued, or you'll keep losing the good ones.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4+ weeks. I interviewed at ImageTrend in March 2015.
Shuffled through 5 different teams, each a 5-10 minute interview. Very relaxed environment. Most of the interview questions asked about coursework, personal projects, and how well I work on a team.
