I have been working at Imagination full-time

    Pros

Agency is very creative and mixed with a entrepreneurial spirit -- trust employees, foster growth, and empowers. Very strong creative and production teams that work well together. Client-centric while remaining true to staff, growth and development.

    Cons

Needs to figure out how to grow beyond a few key clients.

    Advice to Management

Keep up growth and development -- doing a great job.
