Pros
- the vision is clear and the whole team lives it. There is an incredible spirit! - intercultural context - fun work! I constantly meet new interesting people with individual stories - all team members receive an intense training and all colleagues operate on a highly professional level
Cons
There aren't a lot of cons for volunteering at imagine. Probably only that being a volunteer is always extra to your full time activities but imagine offers a very flexible schedule so it never gets too much.
