I worked at Imagine Schools full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

The educators I worked with were positive and we collaborated well together and really became sisters/family.

    Cons

parents have the power to remove teachers, admin favors certain teachers, lacks teachers of color despite diverse student body.

    Advice to Management

More imagine schools need a zero tolerance policy when it comes to student misbehavior
