    Application

I applied online. I interviewed at Imerys (Atlanta, GA).

    Interview

The overall process was extremely messy. I applied for the graduate program in Continuous Improvement, however I interviewed for two other positions that I had not applied for. The first was a Marketing Analyst role in the graduate program, but after interviewing with the hiring manager, the HR manager told me I would not be interested in those positions and asked me to interview for a Process Engineer position instead. I told them I was still interested in the graduate program but that apparently meant nothing. After interviewing with the hiring manager for the Process Engineer position, he said that I was not qualified for the position, as I was a new grad and he was searching for someone with more experience. The entire process required constant follow up with the HR managers, as they could not set up a single interview. Overall, if the interview experience was anything like how the company operates, I would not work here.
