Technical Account Manager

Being a woman in tech, I only recently started advocating for myself at work about advancement opportunities. Because of this I wanted to ask this question to my male counterparts. When you have 1:1's with your direct reports and talk about career growth / aspirations what is your managers’ response typically? I’d like to gauge how my experience (negative) differs from others. For instance are you met with blockades, enthusiasm, dread, etc?

      Met with multiple people across two days. Everyone was easy to talk to, open/honest, and welcoming. The entire process took about a week. The recruiter was also very responsive. One of the more enjoyable interview experience.

    Immedia has some exciting things happening on the horizon! First, we started a new division called IMMEDIASTUDIOS. With ImmediaStudios the mission is to help our clients maximize their return on their networked display investment with cutting edge video content. Second, we have plans and property to build a NEW OFFICE with the goal of relocating in the fall of 2022. And third, a TOP SECRET new initiative is expected to be launched in January of 2022.
