I have been working at ImmediaDent full-time (More than 3 years)
3-4 days a week, good pay, new management this year so there is a lot of consistency, something the other two never gave. But they were like best friends and played favorites with everyone. I don't feel the weight of the world on my shoulders with our new managers. They are fair, treat us equal and want all of us to grow!
Until this year I could have said a lot bad and wouldn't have given 5 stars. I know there seems to be a lot of focus on our higher ups on here but that's just not the case. The managers are who have let us down in the past. We have new people that have taken over our area this year and it's been like working for a different company. They got rid of the managers abusing their roles and brought in current managers to fix everything! They work so much it's crazy and it took a bit for everyone to adjust but now things are great! They really care about us and the time they spend next to us is pretty awesome. I have been at Immediadent a long time. Not a fan of change but I finally feel I have the opportunity to grow with all the changes. After seeing what they do I know I want to be in operations to be apart of a team that really cares and can spot bad managers like we had and get them gone.
Advice to Management
I know you guys are only here temporarily until you find who will be our Regional but please ensure they are nothing like what we had before. I am happier than I have ever been and love coming to work again! (PS. I got to meet our COO and she is pretty awesome)
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at ImmediaDent (Louisville, KY).
I had a great interview and came away from it feeling very positive. I felt great about the area manager, she seemed really nice...however 2 weeks into my employment (if that) she was fired. I had a phone interview prior to the actual in office interview.
