I have been working at Immucor full-time
They have great benefits and offer a lot of programs that you can get involved with. Most of the people are really nice. The raises are pretty good.
Co-workers are nosey always watching what you're doing. They will tell on you. Not much room for advancement, currently. They say that it's coming.
Advice to Management
They need to create more tiers so there is an incentive of moving up.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Immucor (Norcross, GA).
Very Simple. Behavioral Interview. Management not very prepared for the interviews. HR was nice initially and rude on the phone. When doing the tour, atmosphere seemed tense. You are asked a lot about what you expect to be paid. Stand your ground and do your research. They will low ball you if they can.
