    Application

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Impaq International.

    Interview

I submitted an application and had an interview with Human Resources. I then had an onsite interview for approximately 3.5 hours with various staff. We ran late and I did not get to interview with the last person. Two days later, I contacted them to determine whether I still needed to interview with the last person to consider my interview complete. They never responded, ever. I was disappointed by the lack of communication, which could be considered unprofessional. I was interested in the position but not being selected was not the issue; it was receiving no correspondence after the lengthy interview that I found eye-opening. Unfortunately, I lost respect for the organization.
