I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at ImpediMed (Carlsbad, CA) in September 2016.
I was interview by the VP, Human Resources. She conducted a solid interview asking many behavioral interview questions. It was clear that she was looking for not only someone with solid HR experience, but also cultural fit, which is very important at ImpediMed.
