Pek is an incredible leader. He values transparency and always tells us what's going on. We are a distributed agency, but still have good communication and relationships.

Interview
I had a phone call with HR to screen after submitting my application and everything went really well. She followed up with an email to let me know that she'd get back to me with feedback and then just ghosted. I never heard from them again which is pretty unprofessional.
