Advice to Management
Not much you can do when you acknowledge what's happening.
Stop writing fake reviews for your company.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Imprezzio Global (Cluj-Napoca (Romania)).
It was a nice experience. First of all, I was contacted via LinkedIn by HR. The first interview was more of a company presentation and organizational discussions. After passing it I was called for the second one. The technical interview started with a self assessment, continued with the basics of OOP and then discussed about source control tools and continuous integration. Both interviews were a pleasant experience and both HR and technical person were nice.

Our Grinchmas party had a very special guest.
Hint: big, hairy, green and grumpy. He eats Whoville leftovers and is in a hate-love relationship with Christmas.
Can you guess who it might be?
