IN-Pact has a good training program. The management team is a hard working team. It is a client based company which is why I chose to work there.
The part time employees are not given enough hours. I was expecting 20 to 25 hours a week and I average 10. I've never turned down a shift.
Advice to Management
There seems to be a disconnect between management and employee relations.
I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at In-Pact, Inc. (Valpo, IN) in August 2010.
You will complete an online application, and receive a phone call. Subsequently, you will be interviewed within a week and definitely hired w/in a week or so and one week training. There is a great amount of turnover. In-Pact is desperately seeking employees and with the economy and difficulty with successful employment, people are likewise desperate.
There are a multiplicity of companies. Why would you choose In-Pact? Please do not waste your time, efforts and life with an unprofessional company as such that does not value their clients or employees and upward mobility w/ suitable salaries. Also, men are paid more than women in same positions. Negotiable for men, but not for women. I wasted over 3-years of my life with that company, time that could never be given back, and you will do the same.
