I worked at InConsulting full-time (Less than a year)
inConsulting is small so you get to know the owner well. Good communication with employees through Slack before the job starts. Smooth Onboarding process through BambooHR. Paychecks always on time..
No problems. Some of the negativity came from the MSFT LEAP Program as far as the onboarding/offboarding process but not through inConsulting.
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at InConsulting (Redmond, WA) in February 2018.
After submitting 2 essays, I was chosen to interview for the Microsoft LEAP. Two 45 minute interviews. Each interview was related to soft-skills / behavioral questions for a white boarding question.
