    Pros

    Super interesting projects to work on.
    Tons of team building events.
    Great founding team (one of the reasons I joined).
    You go home and know you made a difference in other people's lives.

    Cons

    No 401k matching.
    Compensation could be better although its been greatly improved since I've started.

    Offer competitive compensation.

    First an easy coding challenge on Hackerrank, then an onsite interview. I thought it went okay but got declined. One thing I want to complain is that it takes a very long time for them to respond and get the result back.
