Advice to Management
My personal opinion is that the company is seriously understaffed. Several departments are behind on work, causing stress and frequent mistakes. The leaders of the company are passionate about growth, which I fully understand and support. However, I feel like there is room to further refine current processes before moving forward with new projects. Current employees have so many great ideas but there are not enough resources to put them into action. Invest more resources into current and prospective employees.
