Mission: At InTouch Practice Communications, we must continue to be fully committed to Veterinary Medicine and the practices that make up our industry. We will learn the details and personality of each veterinary hospital so that the most appropriate techniques, products, and services ...
I have been working at InTouch Practice Communications full-time (More than a year)
My experience has been finding my way in the first 6 months and then growing with the help of owners and everybody working as a team. I've had an incredible time working at InTouch, there has been tense times but that's life and typically those tense times are because we have too much on our plate (a great problem to have). Funny atmosphere, leadership listens, unique and the ability to rise fast. If you are reading this because you are considering InTouch, please think about your long term future. If you are a great interviewer and typically just give average effort when you get a job, please rethink. You can build something incredible for yourself here, put in the effort and bring everything you have - all of us are dependent on it and we are the best at what we do. If you know deep down that you slack a lot and the check is all you're interested in, please reconsider a change in your life - this is your chance to be a part of something special. Not everyday will be a picnic, but we're all in it together to do incredible work.
Ongoing individual development. You need to mostly be a self starter after your initial training. You have people to lean on at any moment, but long term training is lacking simply due to - we are always busy.
