InTouch is a great company. From the owners and each employee, everyone is smart, friendly, and upbeat. I have learned so much while working here: how a marketing agency operates, how to communicate with clients, digital marketing principles, and how to have fun while doing it!

    Additional Pros:
    -Breakfast Friday’s
    -Casual dress code
    -Nice equipment and technology
    -Supportive leaders
    -Training opportunities
    -Overall laid back environment
-Your voice is heard and respected
-Employees do a great job of keeping up with current trends and industry standards.
    -Not micromanaged
-Passionate, energetic owners. They keep the team motivated.

-Heavy workload. Be ready to never catch up.
    -Salary is not competitive.

    Advice to Management

My personal opinion is that the company is seriously understaffed. Several departments are behind on work, causing stress and frequent mistakes. The leaders of the company are passionate about growth, which I fully understand and support. However, I feel like there is room to further refine current processes before moving forward with new projects. Current employees have so many great ideas but there are not enough resources to put them into action. Invest more resources into current and prospective employees.
