Advice to Management
Continue to value the motivated and hard workers. Push to hire other motivated and engaged types of employees and require existing employees to live to those standards.
I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at InVue (Rancho Cucamonga, CA).
Started with a phone call. She asked a few general questions nothing special. She didn't even know how much the job paid or the hours. Set up a face to face at the rancho facility. Walked in and the first thing I thought was the place was very unprofessional. Very unorganized, no one was friendly. Stood at the main entrance for ten minutes till I went in the interview. Again questions were easy, after that she passed me on to the shipping supervisor and some other guy. Warehouse was unorganized. I could have really cleaned that place up. I asked for 18.50 an hour to manage 5 people in that department. Apparently it was to much for them.
