Many things out of your control that can significantly effect your commission. Not easy to overcome deficits in sales targets because the time frame to close a decent sized account is at minimum 3-6 months. Did not accurately explain how reps get paid. Inherited a book that was below the threshold to make commission, which i was told wouldn't happen.
Advice to Management
Accurately explain to prospective employees how commissions are paid. Make sure all reps start with the same opportunity to succeed.
