We actually believe in supporting our employees in becoming the best possible version of themselves. We truly appreciate the unique talents and personalities that every person brings to our team. All of us show up every day with a shared goal: create the absolute best experience for every person, in every interaction, every minute of every day.

We call that 1440. Why? Because there are 1,440 minutes in each day—and we feel strongly about making every single minute count—for ourselves, for each other, and for our residents and patients.undefined

How do we do it? We dream BIG. We have courage. We take initiative. We are accountable. We give back to our communities. And above all, we ENJOY it.

I know—cool, right? We think so too.

I have been working at Independence Village part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

The Residents are amazing. The more senior staff knows both their family members as well as the actual residents. Proactive in providing the most caring and compassionate care available. Top notch culinary. Wide variety of entertainment , activities and outings.

Compared to my last job, a Very Open Door policy.

    Cons

    i need full time.
    losing residents.
Some of the staff when dealing with co-workers could be less passive aggressive.

    Advice to Management

Relax, be mindful of not what you say but how.
