    Application

I applied online. The process took a week. I interviewed at Indian River State College (Okeechobee, FL) in February 2017.

    Interview

Smooth interview process, through and through. I scheduled the interview well in advance and was called the day before to confirm. The interviewer was friendly, and the interview was a conversation, not an inquisition. The interviewer met with me in person, and his secretary accompanied him during the interview. Both of them asked questions, so I was a little surprised. The interviewer was wearing business attire: a tie, dress shirt and slacks.
