I have been working at Indiana Farm Bureau Insurance full-time

Quality training, opportunities for advancement, can work from home full time, great support staff and management, and a chance to learn about all aspects of the insurance industry.

Pay is slightly below market rate, call center has some weekend hours as well as late weekday hours, schedules can be difficult.

    Advice to Management

Keep doing what you're doing, while looking for ways to ensure quality schedules for everyone on the team. It's a great place to work, love working from home!

I applied online. The process took 6 days. I interviewed at Indiana Farm Bureau Insurance (Indianapolis, IN) in July 2012.

Arrived on site, was instructed to sit in HR office for approximately 20 minutes (Arrived early). Was given the HR Benefits package to look over. Interviewed with HR Lead first. Friendly, outgoing, easy to speak with. Interview then transitioned to speaking with 2 department leads. Went well, basic questions asked.
